The school entered into a contract with the Secretary of State (SoS) for the funding and operation of the academy. As part of the transfer, the MAT needed a funding agreement with the SoS to be able to operate the transferring academy post-transfer. This has been achieved by entering into a deed to effectively transfer the existing funding agreement across to the Oak Trees MAT.

There are no changes to the uniform, curriculum, holidays, or anything else that makes Hilbre High School who we are! We have begun to receive support from Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust and will be working closely with other members of the Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust school family.

Mr Bellamy would like to thank the school community again for their ongoing support, and we are all looking forward to a successful future as part of Oak Trees MAT.
